R258 Micro-Serrated Periotome, Posterior. Combines Laschal's patented serrations with an even thinner blade profile for the ultimate in periotome instrumentation. Large 3/8" diameter resin handle. Light weight - only 1/2 oz. per instrument. Knurling to the tip provides tremendous pull and rotational control with a lighter grasp, further reducing hand fatigue. Easier for the Dentist.
